Delivery to Israel is a Tracked Click & Collect option. The carrier will contact you when your parcel arrives in Israel and will advise on the nearest location where your parcel will be delivered. You will receive another notification by email or text when your parcel is ready for you to come and collect it.

In case your pick-up point is more than 5 kms from the home delivery address, the carrier will offer you a free upgrade to home delivery service. Your parcel will be held at the pick-up point from 3 to 14 working days depending on the location it is available at.

Please also note that orders above the value of USD 75 require local duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer and for orders above USD 100, local customs require the buyer’s ID number. Our shipping partner may contact you, in order to ensure a smooth journey for your parcel.

When will my order arrive?

What you need to know:

– Delivery is normally made Monday – Friday (business days – excluding Public Holidays).
– Books can take different times to get to you, it really depends on the supplier for each book. Each books detail page will tell you when you should expect delivery for that book.
– The estimated delivery time we show on our product pages is based on the country we believe you are in. If you are delivering to another country, the estimated delivery timeframe will be different and once your book/s have been shipped they will normally be delivered within the time listed below.
– Please note for customers viewing the website from the UK you will see the dispatch time rather than the estimated delivery timeframe on the book detail page. Once your book/s have shipped, they will normally be delivered within the time listed below.
– If you have pre-ordered an item, we will let you know once we have received stock from the publisher, and once it has been shipped. Once your pre-ordered item has been shipped they will normally be delivered within the time listed below.

If your order is still processing, that means that we are waiting for your item from our suppliers. As soon as it has shipped we will send you an email to let you know.

Will my order be tracked?

We currently provide tracking for a few countries, you can find further information on tracking here.

The estimated delivery time has passed and I haven’t received my item, what do I do?

If your order shows as dispatched and hasn’t arrived in the expected time, please contact us via the online contact form giving details of your order. You may also want to check with your local delivery office/post office as they can sometimes be holding your item.

Will my order have tracking?

How can I see my tracking information?

Once your order has shipped we will email you your tracking information within 3 business days. This will include your tracking number and a link for where you can track your order.

Can you offer a specific day for when delivery will be made?Sadly not, the majority of deliveries are handled by domestic postal services, and we cannot offer a definitive time or date for when deliveries will be made.Are items dispatched together or in separate packages?We try to ship items together. However, sometimes we find it more efficient to dispatch them as soon as they arrive, as opposed to delaying an order whilst we wait for it to arrive in its entirety. We will email you to let you know when your item/s have been dispatched.
